Congratulations! Life just gifted you with another wonderful week. 5 more days to get 5 steps closer towards the life(style) you want. 5 days to get 5 times out of your comfort zone to grow and become a better person. 5 days to forgive yourself and others and focus on your fantastic future instead of dwelling in the past. Will you take on this challenge?

How often do you wake up with the smile on your face, jumping from the bed and dancing with the groove from happiness, since it's a new day? Today is Monday and I woke up feeling happy, satisfied and totally in love with myself and my own life.

People usually hate Mondays. They hate to wake up early, to get ready quickly, to go to work in a rush and do the job they so passionately dislike. But what if... what if you lived a life so joyful, so that you could turn grey everyday realities of your own and others lives into colourful days and even weeks? What if you lived a life so positive they would call you a breath of fresh air? A life so balanced, filled with laughter and joy? Imagine you lived by example. Others would look at you saying "he/she's awesome. So positive! I'm jealous". What if all those everyday misfortunes could be turned into something amazingly awesome?



...and so I did. I went for a morning run and accomplished my first personal goal even before 7.30 am. When I came back, I took a contrast shower and had a glass of water. I put my silly mustard-colored sweater on, played a Sheeran's Gallway girl (=cause I'm ginger), danced a little while drinking my morning smoothie and went to my work. Monday's gonna be awesome.

Day 5 accomplished: cut out lactose, ran 5km in the morning, took a contrast shower and went to the work having an objective being as positive as I can today!
