Hello Traders,

Here is an update from a post I put out on the EUR/USD on Aug 10, 2014. The EUR is still falling compared to the US dollar. As confirmed in the previous post there is really no reason to look for long opportunities in this chart pattern. Some would point out that there is a level of divergence because the RSI signal is showing oversold and this is a opportunity to buy. I definitely understand that sentiment but I have learned from experience to always follow the immediate trend and wait for pull back opportunities. No one knows when EUR/USD will find support and move back up. At the moment the chart is bearish and there is no need to force a long trade.Hey but that is my opinion. Markets have a mind of there own and anything could happen.

Tell me what you think. Do you think the EUR/USD will continue to stay bearish or is this an opportunity to buy? Is the move over extended and has exhausted? What is your opinion?

Happy Trading,

Jay Trader
