Hello everybody!

I have a pleasure to speak about my fitness preferences.

For me it's easy to keep myself in shape, because nature gave me a good body.

I love home made foods.I always eat healthy food, avoid junk food. Every day I drink plenty of water! I never smoked! I do not drink alcohol!

I like to do yoga or fitness, but it is not because I need to get out of weight. These activities let me feel better, I can relax and somehow clean my mind from the bad thoughts. Sometimes I go to the swimming pool. Honestly, I can't swim very well, but still I like to spend up to 2 hours in water.

I don't diet too much and i sleep properly..

I must say, eat properly...mostly fruits... That's it.
