Foundation of habit change

I am not trying to post an educational material rather providing a foundation that anyone can build on whatever habit or changes making. The scientific findings discovered that human brain has about 100 billion neurons and 10,000 connections per neuron that come to a total of a thousand trillion connections. Information transferred through our sences transmit electrochemical signals in dendrite and action then passes the signal to dendrites of other neurons. This is how the wire structure changes in our brain that forming a new habit.
