Wishing you good wishes and happiness and hoping all are safe and sound. Going towards the end of the contest and today is my 17th day of #Marathon Contest. Performed regular tasks which are mentioned in the categories of #Lifestyle, #Sport and #Food..
In the morning, done squats and yoga and than protein breakfast i.e eggs and wheat bread.
At lunch had salads (simple recipe mentioned in previous posts) and mutton pumpkin dish (mum made it).. Than done some house chores and took a shower. And before shower done some squats again ( mini workouts ).
At evening, drank fruit shake (say no to fast food)
Well, the day has been spent fine with the challenges.
