You need to have a solid and strong character to control subordinates and cope with various problems in the work. But I think that if you want to build your business, then it is required to do.
If I want to become an entrepreneur, the first thing is I thought about the idea of my project. This should be something interesting, unusual and unique. Not necessarily, that business immediately bring their dividends, but if you put enough resources into the promotion of the idea, then later it will bring you success.
Be a leader - it's certainly an art that only by chosen people. Of course, to become a director and the director of anything can almost everyone, it depends on many occasions in life, but it is to be a true leader - it's quite serious.
