Hey guys,
The autumn is coming. The first cool days came and outdoor is either cloudy or raining. You´re bored at the computer and do not know what to do in these day? But why to be always at home?
I'd like you to recommend a few tips on what to do in the fall!
1) Sports afternoon
Fall is the best time for outdoor sports. So you can take roller skates or bike. You may take your buddy or boyfriend, depends on you. You will have fun and your body will be in a great shape as well. :-)
2) In the Park
If you dont like too much sports, get mp3s or a favorite book and take a sit a park bench. Type: Studying in the park is not too bad and maybe you'll find out that you would learn much more. :-)
3) With a group of friends
Of course, with a group you can go on roller skates or bike. You can go to Zoo, that´s definitely experience with a lot of fun.
4) If you want to be at home.
You can take a good book and movie. And when you can invite a buddy and have a lot of fun.
5) Try Zumba
Have you ever tried zumba? It ´s a perfect workout with latin dance style. If you want to make your mood better you should definately try it.
6) Yoga
Yoga is physical, mental and spiritual exercise. You will feel like reborn! :-)
7) Shopping
And the last tip is shopping. Nothing is better when you buy beautiful dress or new shoes. :-)
