How to stay feminine and fragile in sneakers or a tuxedo and not turn into a "man in a skirt"? Even though in most of the countries women are having officially equal rights with men, then in business and in international relations, not all women are taken seriously, wage gaps and all that “fun stuff”. I spent a month in United Nations office and saw how challenging is to be a woman surrounded by people who still think that we should forget our feminine side and should not wear makeup nor tight skirts. But if we want to? Why our looks or sex changes our ability to be professional in our field? How could wearing a lipstick change our education? Anyone disagrees? My role model is Amal Clooney, who is strong but feminine, beautiful and well-dressed woman while being a loving and caring wife and same time professional in her field. How can she do all this? There is one key element, why she is everything in one person?! Because true queen should have a King that makes her feel like she can accomplish everything in the world, that she is the most gorgeous woman on the planet. That she can be beautiful and accomplished on the same time. There is a saying that "Behind every great man is an even greater woman.” I would say that behind every great man there stands no woman because there is no greater man than the man that can acknowledge the woman standing right next to her. If a man allows her to be anything, she will be everything and that man is one lucky one. Femininity comes from inside. A true woman is able to rock every kind of outfit and looks. One should define herself and live her life to the fullest, wearing lipstick or not. I believe that only way to turn into a man in a skirt is forgetting yourself, your identity as a woman. You don’t need to be “fragile” as insecure to be seen as a woman. Confident is the new sexy. Secure is the new feminine. And taking care of yourself is the key to being taken seriously as a woman. If you believe in yourself, then wear what makes you happy and embrace the sexuality and enjoy life, but never forget that you are nothing less than you believe or show yourself to be.

PS! If you believe you can rock tux then wow, girl, wow. You are amazing! On the picture is me, when I was still rocking my teenage self-choice of hair colour. I am naturally blonde and now I found myself going back where I started from.
