Day 2 status:
My 1st cup of water before today's morning exercise.

The rest of the day's water hydration will be done with 1-litre bottle. Finishing it twice would reach today's target. So, need not consciously keep track of each cup to hit 2-litres minimum.

To prevent frequent urination due to excess intake, the hydration shall be done in moderation, evenly spread throughout the day.
Yesterday's exercise was walking 10,000 steps.
Today is using the fitness equipment at 18 repetitions each.

Almost fainted; maybe the workout's tempo too high to complete the whole circuit.
Recovered well, lesson learnt.

Once home, did 30 pulling-in-stomach exercise during my shower;
Happy to update that I'm able to see visibly my belly sinking inwards with each successive rep.

Meanwhile, enjoying my warm green tea after my morning prayers with family

Next:
1) Eyes exercise; and
2) Achieve a goal - full submission of my technical analysis rate predictions for 1 June 2017 at 1200 GMT (latest tomorrow).
