Mondays are not very often the days which I enjoy, however today (since here in Latvia we are having a day off) I dedicated the whole day to polishing a few of my latina dance moves. A bit of a pity that I don't have a video nor pictures but I promise to be a good girl and make a few next time

Morning:
Started with a fresh breakfast smoothie. 2 bananas, a glass of soymilk, a few frozen strawberries and 1/2 of lemon juice, topped with lemon zest. Tasty, fresh, sweet and nourishing plus plenty of vitamin C. Also, did a little bit of a morning stretch.


Afternoon:
Book, music, a bit of home cleaning (which also helps burning calories, by the way!) and a healthy lunch. Avocado, mango, grill-baked tofu, pine nuts, spinach and a drizzle of peanut sauce. I also realized one simple thing: more cooking usually translates into more simple, tastier and healthier meals.



Evening:

Despite my evening being a bit unhealthy (grilled sandwich with caramelized onion and muchrooms) I only chose to eat 1 sandwich and topped up with more tomatoes instead. Since today my dinner wasn't at home I unfortunately could not eat extremely healthy, however minimized my "sin" to the minimum possible, so yay to that.


Day 12 accomplished: didn't give in for too much unhealthy foods, ate plenty of vegetables and burned calories dancing.
