Huh, nice.. After second short swimming I feel good. I like this 2-3 times short swimming idea, it really works. Recovery time is very short, refreshing energy is huge, emotional side very positive. Very important is not to lay down and start sleep in the sun like a tourist, but just live you live and have a fun. 2-3 hours after this you feel little weakness, but it is time for coffee and snack (only please don't eat octopus with coffee, I try once) and everything is wonderful... Everybody must have for the short time this rhythm, it will be hard only first 3-6 days, after then it supercool... I am ready to study, I really really like it...
