I try to understand how big are real results during this marathon. I am keeping all the time on the line of the basic rules, I eat then when I want and try to eat only that food what I respect. Off course I know a lot of about different theories of right eating, but more and more I start to respect those ones whose are explaining how important is understand what you do and how important is good mood for eating. We are the most sensitive animals in the world, not in the tight spectrum, but in the big picture we are perfect. But we are not able your select automatically the right food, we just understand what kind of substances we need at moment. But I understand also that we use from our abilities only 25-50%. It is very important to clear your mind before the eating. We got lot of wrong signals from enhancers, from promotion and from wrong habits, but we have all time in the body must stronger signal, the signal of the evolution. It is no to easy change yourself during some weeks, but this is good time for starting the process and after then going ahead...
We can sense also are we getting stronger or not. If you feel natural power or just growth of the strength, then you are on the right way and you must go slightly ahead. We have lot of tables and energy calculators, but if you don't feel emotionally well, then please, start to looking for the way what you understand. You must be happy about yourself, without self-confidence you cannot run in the hills, believe me...
