On Fridays I would usually want to treat myself a little, and normally that would be with some food. Obviously, I am not talking about diet meals and low-calorie salads, but I'm rather talking about some pizza and beer (yes, you heard me correctly, I love beer).

Committing to Dukascopy Marathon this time means slightly different Friday treats - after coming back from work I cooked a lovely stew where I used steamed veggies (aubergine, squash, onion and chickpeas, to be precise) and then cooked them in coconut milk to get some texture and flavour.



Even more to that, my Friday evening was one of the most relaxing ever: I spent an evening reading a book (to be precise: Ярослав Мельник "Маша або пост-фашизм"). So overall, my Friday was spend nourishing both my body and my mind. Have a lovely weekend, everyone!
