Till very long time I didn't do any contrast shower and this evening I decided to try it. My parents in my early childhood believed that method will make me more healthy as I was but finally it wasn't so great. So I still have bad memories as after each of this baths I was ill. But today I decided to try it again for the Marathon competition. It's one of the extreme things, better is to try 3 seconds after 2 seconds to make more comfortable for the first time: its better to start from the hot water from 2 to 3 min, later is slowly to turn to cold water, after completely turn to cold water, after change the water from 5 to 10 min to the optional one temperature.
