Today was day 16 in the Dukascopy marathon, and it has been a very healthy 16 days. I am getting very well, as in good healthy food. Taking in a lot of water and seriously keeping fit.

I can not remember the last time I did this much work-out within such a short period. Approximately 8Km runs everyday is no joke, then all the sit-ups and cross-fit routine. The good thing is that after a while, your body gets used to it and it does not ache so much, but still it pushes the body and tests your will and determination. Yes, the prize money is a good incentive, but the fact that I can go the distance and meet the obligations, makes me feel really good about myself. The health benefits are even much more rewarding.

Today's accomplishments:
  • 10,000 steps
  • Cross-fit routine and 75 sit-ups
  • No Alcohol
  • no fast foods
  • reduced social network participation
  • healthy and delicious fruity meals
  • New hair-style

In the spirit of promoting my Nigerian culture and changing appearances, I went with:
  • A blue long-sleeved shirt, with some embroidery designs in the middle.
  • A black cap
  • black shoes.

It is Friday, so I added a selfie, just for kicks.

I wish everyone a great weekend, and for everyone in the Dukascopy Marathon contest, Goodluck!
