The Dukascopy marathon is rounding up for me, I have four more days to meet my 21 days obligations. Time went by so quickly, I thought it would feel much longer. The fact that I could adhere to a cross-fit routine, to do a 10,000 steps achievement daily, the 75 sit-ups, diet-change and other lifestyle changes has been a big revelation for me. It goes to show that we can achieve whatever we set our minds to, given the right motivation and incentive. In this case, cash rewards can be very helpful.

But beyond any cash prize, the need to live long and healthy life is also something to consider. Living healthy means living a full and rich life, and enjoying the experience in the process.
There is nothing like a work-out to get your heart pumping, and keep you looking all fit and healthy.

The cross-fit routine is aimed at staying fit and healthy; it also helps build specific muscles in the body. The general ones are the abs and upper muscles. depending on the routine chosen, it can also help build and tone thigh muscles.

These routine can also have medical applications, to help patients recovering as a form of therapy, and also help improve the lifestyle of patients that may have specific motor-function disorders.

My sit-ups went on video.

Today's meals were:

  • Breakfast = Toast bread slices and two cups tea
  • Lunch = Porridge Beans
  • Dinner = (Still contemplating whether to go with some slices of pawpaw or pineapples).

Either way, I am having fruits for dinner.
