plastic surgery is a load of money scheming rubbish and is just a way to scam people of all their life savings and then make them think that they have the plastic surgery and it will make them look brilliant but yet all it does is muck up their brains and make them believe they look beautiful.

Sometimes I can agree with plastic surgery because say you've lost a lot of weight and have mass amounts of skin left over and are embarrassed about it then they can have it cut off or a tummy tuck and I also agree with breast implants if the girl literally has none or they are embarrassed about them being small or overly big and course personal problems.
