Hello Community,

How are you today?

Today I would like propose actual theme for discussion: "Money is harm or positive thing in our life".

How do you think, could society exist without money?

Could be people happier in society, where is NO money?!?

I propose you "Pro" and "Contra" of money's existence and than you can make your own conclusions:
So... LET'S SAY "YES" FOR MONEY!!!!

I.
For money I can buy food, clothes, buy my puppy and food for him, buy breakfast, lunch, dinner. Sometimes it can be used for bad or selfish things, but the good things that you can do with money are plentiful.

II.
- Without money people will stop working with eagerness. A person who works hard will get the same benefit as a person who is lazy. Without money ultimately everyone will stop working and there will be halt at progress, no development. Everything stops.

III.
- Money is a mean to trade your skills and become better in your occupation, achieve new goals. Who dreams of being a garbage collector, or serving you at a restaurant?
No one.
So who determines who should fill those positions?
At least with money people can change their positions in work and status in life, because they are not motivated or qualified enough to do anything else.

IV.
Money is simply a representation of the value of work. Certainly work doesn't cause more harm than good! Sure, people can misjudge the value of some work compared to others, but this is a fault of our values and assessment of how to value work - it's not the fault of money.

V.
It is ridiculous to return to the barter system, if you have any economical understanding at all.
Money moves us to the progress and is the reason of technical and economic development.

AND NOW I PROPOSE EXAMINE MINUSES OF MONEY....
SO...MONEY IS HARM...

I.
Let's imagine society without money. Everyone works voluntarily.
For example I am a doctor. I give medical advices for people free - of - charge, because i know that the people whom I treat are the people who also are working voluntarily for the society.
I am treating people who can be farmers, teachers, engineers and work free- of - charge; in the same time these people are serving the whole society voluntarily.
In this case there would be no power, no corruption and no class division.
Every one would be equal in society.

Thus, there will be no chances of low class being suppressed by high class. So money present is the cause of corruption nowadays. And in fact without money society would be better.

II.
Without money would be no power. In today's society anyone who has relatively more money has more power. Thus without money everyone would be equal. And the whole society would be in harmony.

III.
Money cannot buy happiness. It simply buys our time. We think about how to find it, how to make it, how we can grow it and even how to save it. Money cannot buy friends or relationships, love and respect.
In an interview with John D. Rockefeller, America’s first billionaire in the 1900’s, he was asked “How much money is enough?” to which Mr Rockefeller replied “Just a little bit more”. With greed, enough will never quite be enough for us.

IV.
More Money cause more problems. However it is not the source of evil.
Though the main thing is to be responsible with your resources. The other key is money needs to flow well for everyone. We also need to respect positions in society and make sure we can all help each other.

So how do you think....could be society happier without money?
It would be great to see your point of view"
