Honestly, it depends.
Maybe few days ago i would say that for me it is possible to combine good mum, loving wife and very strict but honest employer, but today i understand that this is very relatively. Today I understood that it is very important to have good relationships with your family, only in this case you can become successful CEO. If you need to spend much time and energy only due to save your family and relationships you would never have neither the desire nor the ability to run your business. We can combine everything in one person, but this person must know that there ape people who love him, love him because he is, not because of his actions or words.
If I am sure that someone loves me, supports me in different situations and any time, I am sure that I will become the most famous CEO and my company will run the world. On the other hand, I will do anything to be the greatest woman for my husband, I will obey him, love him, support him 24/7. I am that type of woman that needs to be sure that she is not alone, that she is loved! i need to feel love, so I can do my best.
Maybe I am weak because of it. But this weakness makes me only stronger. I hope there will be a man who would understand me, my feeling, he would know my real face, so this love would help me to achieve the highest top that could be imagine!! If I have such person next to me, I will combine in myself 2 completely different roles - great wife and mother and successful manager, employer or even CEO.
