Fitness - I lost that page from the dictionary.
I emphasize once again - discipline. It made me lose 25 kilos (55lbs) and I stick to that. No magic wand, no nothing.
Here's the core of my fitness after 15 years of practicing them
1. No late snacks - step away from the fridge after 20.00. In the first period, after 18.00 is a must, but makes you disciplined. After that, 20.00 is a rewarding limit. Consequence - your body doesn't have the need for food anymore. Moreover, if you try to have late dinner, you won't be able to sleep, and have an impression in the morning like you've been drinking all night.
2. No junk food, bread, potatoes (I eat them now, but not willingly), bananas (I managed to find them repulsing)
3. Love your veggies - experiment with those disgusting green things. With the right spice, they can become tasty.
4. No juice! False vitamins. And no Coke, no bubbly things that stick fat on your bottom and make a pate of your liver
5. WATER!!!!! Drink all you can find
6. Walk. Whenever you can, use your feet. Try breathing correctly and activating you muscles so you can feel it. In my case, walking around in open air all day at work pretty much does the job.
7. Exercise whenever you can
- while watching TV (if you're lying down, bottom and stomach) - commercial breaks are perfect for exercise
- at your desk - try keeping your stomach tensed, lift your feet a bit from the ground... some secret exercise no one sees
- doing chores - try to move like you are at the gym, exercising. What? Someone will see you?
8. Reward yourself - what's the point if you can't make a sin?
9. Eat! - breakfast always and every day, lunch is nice to have... are you sure you need that dinner?

The things I never gave up - sweets and chocolate. 300 grams is my daily dose. Why do they make me feel good with no consequences? Probably because cocoa is full of iron, milk containing calcium, both of them magnesium.
Sugar is used fast by the brain... funny, can you keep yourself in shape by thinking?
