I was writing and before posting, all my write up disappeared. I should shorten the write up now.

Tips for changing habits.

1. Start from simplest possible action
2. Make a plan and stick to it
3. Reduce the number of frequency (if you tackling with repetitive habit like smoking, procrastination, laziness, lust greed etc)
4. Choose healthy lifestyle walking-running, deep breathing, playing sports, hiking, eating healthy, resting well

I think we have gradually coded our subconscious mind with all sorts of (see number 3 of the list) error or ill-defined codes when we grow up mixed with friends and social media. So the way to recode should also be gradual but initially, it is required to pay attention. Just like learning how to drive and find balance when you ride a bicycle. Once you learn how to ride it, you do not pay attention, it is automatic, our autopilot mind takes over the control.
