I am a very active person, I do sport in summer and winter time.
In summer time I ride a bicycle and roller skates, I swim a lot in the pool and the sea, sometimes I run in the forest.
I do a lot of activities at home and in my garden, because to keep your place beautifull and tidy you should do a big work out with cleaning and all these things )
In the winter I prefer to go for a ski resorts,especially in the Alps and ski..ski..and ski... it's really my passion, my real hobby that makes me feel strong, healthy, happy.
Really big role in every humans life is to control your meal, you should eat healty food, fresh fruits and vegetables, drink water and to eat less of different bad food, like fast food, too much sweets/candies, pies, and for sure, do not eat a lot of sugar and salt with your meal and everything will be great with your body and your mind )
And now some easy exercises.
Hoop rotation – very effective exercise for stomach - the more simply, the better. Buy the most usual hoop and begin training. The main thing is to catch movement and enjoy process, you should watch the breath that it didn't get off. The hoop quickly burns calories and over time and the stomach becomes flat and relief.
Knee-bends with narrow statement of feet ideal exercise for muscles of a stomach and buttocks. This exercise allows to influence stomach muscles unconventionally. Put feet together, hands take away for the head, and squat, feeling each working muscle. It is very important to feel a press during knee-bends. Do 3 approaches on 50 repetitions, and it isn't necessary to squat too quickly, do at such speed in what you can. It is recommended to carry out this complex in the morning till a breakfast or in 1,5 hours after meal. Observance of these recommendations will help to get rid with little effort of a stomach and to make your figure more harmonous and tightened. Process of becoming thin will slowly happen, but is effective, you keep the received result for a long time.
