Weekends are usually for spoiling yourself. For treating yourself mentally and physically by all sorts of means, optimal to each one of us - either having a little yummy snack that we adore, having a glass of champagne or having a slice of fat pizza while watching a funny comedy.
My weekend this time was rather filled with nourishing myself physically with lots of fruits and veggies - I've started my day with an incredibly tasty smoothie made out of bananas, rice milk and frozen cherries which kept me full for quite a while. After that, a light lunch with steamed vegetables, 150gr of tofu, sprouts and lots of greens. Feeling fresh and energized.



Even more to that, my physical nourishment didn't as I headed to the gym and spent over 2 hours stretching and squatting. My participation in Dukascopy Marathon seems to be increasing my focus for sure!

The day will, most likely, end reading, finishing up my smoothie, having a refreshing facial mask and going to bed. Have a fabulous upcoming week, everybody!
