After finishing 10 kilometers yesterday I thought I should give a little bit of a break for my legs. That, however, did not stop me from sports: I still went to the gym, ran 2 kilometers (as a warm up) and continued the training with exercises focused on my upper body - back, chest and arms.
I feel that fully focusing and dedicating one training to my lower body allows me to achieve better results in running as I tend to stretch and "prepare" muscles in that way. As for the upper part - always happy to do something as arms is probably the only part of my body that I haven't made friends with yet.

I feel that after 2 full days of difficult training I should give a break with a glass of wine tomorrow. Perhaps because I deserve... perhaps also because it's my birthday



Day 19 accomplished: slept nicely, went to the gym and... lost 1 kilo!
