Area higher 700 m looks more real, because sand doesn't fly usually higher 400-600 m, but by the calendar I have a plan to do my little crazy ironman run - it is 2*5 km bicycle to the rural road, 2*2 km run in the coast hills to the beach and free swimming (usually 1 km) on the local nudist beach.
But food is very important for this days, meat must have over 30 gr of proteins, vegetables can be only easy cooked or grilled, minimum amount of bread or pasta or potatoes, off course my favourite friends avocados. To avoid spasm is very good for this days tomato juice, I really recommend, it is even more effective than orange juice. Sugar must come from honey and bananas (or from grapes, raisins in autumn), because they are only ones what have right structure of carbohydrates what body can accept quickly and fully. Here is possibility to use naturally cooked bananas, it much better, industrial way produce more starch than it is good. Best quality bananas are 10-12 cm, wild nature prefer this size. Here is also a lot of high quality goat milk, I recommend it highly for hot days.
