I've always been interested in holistic health - my relatives are doctors and medicine is not always the best & healthiest solution, especially for such health problems, like stress, headache, anxiety, can't fall asleep, etc.
So I took classes in holistic health, learned so much useful & practical info !
Now I work as a consultant in holistic health industry. There is more and more demand for holistic approach, people are becoming more aware and informed about their health options. Such simple remedy as herbal chamomile sleeping tea - is a great remedy against mild anxiety, some headaches and mild stress. Use 2 tea bags and drink preferably without sugar. Also - epsom salt - with magnesium- is another excellent remedy against mild stress, anxiety and some headaches - take a warm bath with 2 cups of epsom salt with magnesium - dissolve in warm/hot water and take a bath. Preferably before bed time - it's very relaxing and an excellent detox for the body - just make sure to drink at least a glass of water afterwards, to hydrate. I am happy that my work is my passion and that it helps people to feel better and healthier. Do what you love - love what you do : such a true positive statement !
