I think every women in the world before some celebrations try to make her body better, her view and felling's. Some of us of course don't care and don't go to the some fitness centre, spa etc.. They go to the fast food and eat joke.

Of course we are all like princess and we must have really good view. What about me? I try to be in a good form not only for some celebrating or especial date, I think every day in our life its a special day, so 3-4 times a week I go to the gym and work hard

I love cardio and work with weight. Now I can lift up weight in 3 times larges than when I start do it. But no limits and I try lift up every month more and more for my muscles. By the way, now we have instagram and periscope, where known athletes leading blogs and chats for teaching people how to do sport well. And I like to draw knowledge out of it.
