My fitness mantra

1. To make myself fit I usually prefer yoga. It’s not only makes me physically fit but also give me relief from all the stress and tension. I’m talking about yoga and I would like to inform you from where it has come. Word yoga was derived from the Sanskrit word (Sanskrit: योग) and it has been in India from the ancient time. Now day’s yoga is not limited to India only but you can see its presence across the globe. It’s very useful exercise and it also cures so many diseases like diabetes, depression, digestion, thyroid, back pain and lots of more. So i do this great exercise.

2. To make myself healthy I drink 6-7 glasses of water every day and after yoga I especially prefer to drink lemon water with honey and water is not only good for your health but it’s also good for your skin.

3. As I’m a vegetarian so I usually eat lots of vegetable and fruits and I never forget to drink hot milk before going to bed, hot milk is good for digestion.

3. Normally I don’t get time for walk so I usually walk from my home to metro station which is around 1.5km away from my home.
