When it comes to the sport I would probably call myself as “workful enough to stay in shape but lazy enough to do overloads”

I always had sport in my life, starting from age 9 or 10 when I joined free callisthenics class at school. Even when I quit this long time ago I still couldn’t get used to run on full feet, because that’s what you not allowed to do in free callisthenics! You have to tiptoe
I was good at that, especially in improvisation! Like a bad student I didn’t want to learn by hard my moves (I admit it’s not my best side), so I had to improvise good to avoid teacher’s critics.

I continued to dance, next 4 years I spent dancing in group “Dogma”. This was avant-guard style of dance; it’s when you actually learn a bit of everything (except pair dances). So our main style was contemporary ballet and mix of street and break dance, it was great time for me – parties, performances and competitions all around the country, hardworking times too as we had classes 3 times per week, each 3-4 hours long!
Yes yes this is all me short haired Atashi Tada.

Then at some point I thought that it would be cool to be able to protect myself and kick someone hard if needed Sooo I went to taekwon-do! Harsh times when I couldn’t properly lie on the Baltic beach because of bruises all over my body That’s when I learned – men can hit women, at least when you on the same sparring!

Then I had a few years of silence, just boring gym, a bit of extreme sport such as snowboarding, parachute and bungee jumping when I started something even more extreme, maybe not exactly sport, but something that required really good ability to run, jump and climb.. Encounter games!
If you haven’t heard of it – this is quest game in a team of 2-3 cars - technology, strong logic and physical shape is required. For each level teams get task/puzzle that you need to work out to understand where to find a key-code to get to next level. It all happens at night. Locations are usually the following: abandoned houses, factories, ex-business premises, war premises, neglected bunkers, any other unusual buildings and places. To get to the place you need to run very fast, sometimes through the forest, fields, water, snow etc., jump over fences etc and them look for a code really fast in total dark by using only hand flashlight. Quite dangerous, but I loved it!! This is me and some guys from my team – dirty but happy winners

Recently I started doing contemporary ballet again and I’m very happy about this fact. I still remember some old acrobatic tricks from the past

Now, this is me at age 15 – this fully represents me and sport

Hope you enjoyed my post!!
