Laziness is something that every person has to a bigger or lesser extent. People say, that the ones who normally use their brains at work (as opposed to physical work) also tend to be a loooot lazier on a daily basis. And I admit - I'm a lazy person. Very lazy. I love eating muffins and drinking tea while fully, to the hundred percent, enjoying my couch potato lifestyle. I don't like to move and I much more prefer to just sit and enjoy the nothingness.

But at the same time I have a will do become fit, healthy and strong... And this is what happens on those days



Day 18 accomplished: ate healthy foods, did exercises and pushed myself to go for a run
