  • #pullinstomach - 30 reps.;
  • #morningexercises - 30 sit-ups;
  • #eyesexcercises - done using video from day 11.
Food
  • #drinkwater - target 2 liters - left half;
  • #non-carbonated drink- Milo.
Lifestyle
  • #meditate - done with prayers.
