Does anyone know that we continue posting or we have to stop posting after 21 days of participation? Perhaps Dukascopy support could provide an answer on this. Anyway, I am concluding the outcome after 21 days of the try.
1. Achieving a Goal. Goal one-Positive self-talk. After practicing 21 days of testing, I get to know that realization of what could be the worst situation and then choose to be different will make a change not just bubbling the word meaninglessly. Goal two. I am working on designing the web page, it will be ready by the end of the month.

2. Spend less time on a social network. This is achieved, unless I decided to, no more time spending on this.

3. Take a break once a week. I realized the importance of it and tested how much better the next week with restored energy. I will continue having a weekend break. 4. Take last meal 3-4 hours before sleep. It is getting the habit of eating around 6 pm that is well advance before sleep.

5. Do not eat in front of TV or PC. I am eating no more in front of TV or PC.

6. Walk 10000+ steps every day. I will continue walking but in alternative days.

7. Run at least once a week. I will continue running.

8. Stretching exercise, every morning. I will continue stretching.

9. Not to compare yourself with others. How will I do it? I am concentrating on the circle of control instead of wasting time and energy on the circle of concern which is not under my control (see the previous post). So basically separating what are the things that I can control and make the change and what are the things just simply energy and time wasting.
