How do you relax?
As for me - it is the most important to be with friends and family.
New stories and talks about everything! And I really enjoy it so much.
But sometimes you need to be alone, and this time I always practice mindful meditation. The goal of mindful meditation is to focus your attention on things that are happening right now in the present moment. I can take more energy in this case.
Also, the best relax is to go abroad, to the see or mountains, meet and join new people and new places. Anyone wants the same?
