You need the following Ingredients

170 g couscous
150 ml vegetable stock
1 tbsp olive oil
100 g sliced chorizo
Half onion, sliced
0.5 tsp paprika
200 g can drained chickpeas
210 ml chicken stock
chopped parsley, to serve

Follow the procedures

1. Prepare couscous with vegetable stock, according to the package instructions.
2. Heat olive oil in a wok and stir fry the chorizo for 3 mins.
3. Remove with a slotted spoon and put aside. Add the chopped onion to the oil left in the pan and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
4. Stir in the paprika, heat for 1 min, and then tip in the chickpeas and the chicken stock.
5. Return the chorizo to the wok and simmer for 2 mins.
6. Spoon over the couscous and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
