How are you today? My congratulations - Monday came and busy days start to run...
Uhhhh!!!

All of us so often in day-to-day activity have "brain attack", so for positive result in our affairs we need - GOOD MEMORY, exactly!!!

Now I would like to give you some advices how to improve your memory!


1. EAT BRAIN - STIMULATING PRODUCTS, SUCH AS VEGETABLES, FRUIT, FISH, WINTER SQUASH, KIDNEY, SPINACH, BROCCOLI, ETC. DON'T FORGET TO DRINK GREEN TEA AND RED WINE IN MODERATION.

2. STRESS - THE WORST ENEMY OF BRAIN. BUT IT ISN'T POSSIBLE TO ESCAPE FROM IT IN DAY- TO- DAY ACTIVITY.
IF YOU WANT TO PREVENT STRESS IN SHORTEST TERMS I RECOMMEND YOU MEDITATION, YOGA, ANY SPORTIVE EXERCISE.




3. DON'T FORGET TO GIVE YOUR MEMORY TIME FOR RELAXATION:
LAUGH MORE, SPEND TIME WITH FUN, POSITIVE PEOPLE, YOUR FRIENDS, HAVE FUN!!




4. TRAIN YOUR MEMORY. TAKE SOME MENTAL EFFORTS AND EXPAND YOUR KNOWLEDGE, LEARN LANGUAGES, MAKE CROSSWORDS, ETC.



5. REPEAT INFORMATION AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. AND MAKE IT IN SOME INTERVALS;
IT WILL BE MORE EFFECTIVE





6. PAY ATTENTION. FOCUS. MEMORIZE.
IF YOU ARE EASILY DISTRACTED - FIND QUITE PLACE FOR IT




Train your brain and memory, they will never give up!!!
