So still awake, my sleeping rhythm is not so good anymore, i have this problem a long time when i was a child it started!
Sometimes it sticks for months and sometimes i have a good night sleep.
But probably it's just the way i live my life... because in the morning i have te feeling i can not functional right i hear thing but it will not get in me head, in the night times i have so many ideas and thing i want to do.
But i prefer that i am a morning people because the things are open in the morning at night the most people sleep, so when i want to do things and feel like i have done some work, i need to wait for the next day to show it or send it or what ever.
It's a difficulty i have but it's ok stay positieve because my best idea's comes in the night and i will not fight with it to try to sleep! i take my change stay up the whole night just to put everything down what poppin up in my mind so for the next couple of months or weeks or days i have some new projects to work with!
I think there are people who can relate with this! but i am still trying to be a morning people hihi! but i take step by step.
Maybe that you are thinking why you don't go to bed early, you know why? than i will be awake in bed for 8 hours and getting crazy and frustrated. Am i partying? no i am not i am just sitting on the coutch waiting till sleep gets to me haha.
You can say a lot of things believe me i tried a lot of things, but for now it's oke i accept it
