Your body must be intelligent and have a time and chance to give for your brain information what you need. Reality you need protection only in extreme conditions. When temperature is all time around 20-22 C, then needs of your body are on the lowest level. It is absolutely biological, because most of the plants like for growing 18-23 C temperature and also human body understand, that in this level everything is going well and you dont need to much extras. On this level body gives to you easy signals, take something, dont worry to much, we have enough resources to solve everything. You can enjoy your little easy meals and even make some small mistakes. Lower 12-15 C body starts ask for heating and upper 25 C for cooling. And then you start to do more mistakes. If you need extra energy, then it is hard to avoid fat, as natural resource for a bad days, but you eat in any cases more for energy and you got lot of minerals and vitamins and so one. Biggest problem here is only that quality of food are in the lot of cases really low and contain lot of things what your body does not need. You just must give for body more time for cleaning. But temperature over 25 C is more dangerous. From ideal 20 C you can go for hours to -10 C and you survive - just move, going from 20 to 50 C will kill you faster, because you can nothing to do against it, just look for calmer place, your body does not have natural protection. Here we have also very high UV emission on the level 10-15 and skin does not have nothing against it, UV 6-8 is natural maximum. You can rise this protection with natural oils and also with food, also with chemicals, but it is not so good for long time. But main problem with hot is understand yourself, because on the level 29-33 C outside (and 38-39 C inside) your brain likes to give signal - please switch off. And in this time is very hard to be intelligent and calculate how much minerals or proteins you need. Fortunately very high temperature you have only 4-6 hours in the day, but it is different from sport, when you heating up yourself for 30-60 min. If you stay in shadow for this hours, then it is ok, just water with high quality fruits and everything is ok. But the signals what you get from brain are weak and you must have opportunities or high sensitivity for reading them.
