I love bikram yoga. It s a dynamic 90 minute series of 26 Hatha yoga postures practised in a room heated to 42ø C/105ø F. It s a great method for efficient burning of calories and fat and it has strong detoxifying effect.

My secret diet tip:

If you want to lose some fat and get in shape. Drink every day quality leaf green tea without sugar. Used green tea leaves then eat with bread with butter or gervai.
