Hello everyone!

I’m really happy to announce my participation in Dukascopy Marathon!

I’ve never participated in any marathons because I’ve never been doing sports. Having got some problems with my health, every physical culture lesson I was sitting on a bench and watching my classmates doing sports. I was happy about it, I didn’t have to challenge myself and had time to relax/prepare for nest lessons/communicate with others like me. For sure, I wasn’t aware of how badly it can affect my future life. Now I’m not used to doing sports and not keen on it, every exercise is a torture. I always have to look for a strong motivator, due to the fact that my Motivation Beast (Mom) thinks that I’m slim enough and do not need to torture myself if I don’t feel like doing it.

I’m an office rat now. Having a hard job I spend 10+ hours at my office daily. I admit that I’ll have difficulties and sometimes, will have to remind my motivators, however, still I’m full of inspiration to achieve this uneasy for me goal.
This challenge makes me feel happy and inspired. I hope my body and thoughts will become better just in 21 day!

I want to achieve my goal, which is becoming better and stronger. There is a saying that we can develop a habit in just 21 days. I hope that this Marathon will help me to gain good habits of a healthy lifestyle.

Let’s hope for the best and see the results at the end of the Marathon!
