Planks, planks, planks...

Everybody who tried once planks knows that the exercise is uneasy, especially if your body is not used to physical activities. First of all, it's hard to come through this 1-minute body "disaster", secondly, your body is joggling asking you to stop it

There is no need to say that I do not stop, I'm enjoying it. For sure it's hard to simultaneously control your abdominal muscles, back and cluniral muscles. However, having finished the exercise I'm becoming extremely happy because, yeah, I did it!

You know what? Just 2 days after I see that my abdominal muscles are visually changing and I also started feeling my back muscles
It's great!
