What to eat exactly to be healthy and plenty of energy every day? I am talking too much food I know it but I did an observation of my food style in different periods of life and I may say that ( it was a period that I ate only yogurts 10 in a day and a cup of coffee) so fat-Free or low-fat versions of milk and cheese de yougurt are better than really fat milk ( soja yogurts and milk are even better as they so lighter for organism). Of course fruits and vegetables are important also ( i know some people hate them or eat less than pasta but we don't have to forgot about them).
Of course fish and sea food , dry beans, eggs, nuts and different kinds of grains.
