All over the year I love to treat myself and my skin.
The hotter is the weather the more protection, SPF and aloe vera I apply.
During the winter everything changes. Skin gets dryer because of the heating, paler and duller.
I add to my routine more nourishing, thick creams, serums, masks.
But also I like to do vegan berry smoothies and healthy juices and hot drinks, like turmeric latte and chai with spices.
As we all know to maintain a good skin it is not enough to apply magic creams and masks, we also need to consume enough
vitamins and micro elements. I will leave my favourite recipes here, below:
Blueberry Smoothie:
*Fresh or frozen blueberries
*Almond milk
*Maple syrup
Pop everything in the blender add more milk if you want it to be thinner or less to keep consistency thicker. Syrup add to taste, I add 2 tbs for 2 cups of smoothies. Easy and short recipe.

The other one is turmeric latte:
*1 cup of almond milk
*1/4 tsp vanilla extract
*2 tbs coconut oil
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp black pepper
Ginger root and maple syrup to taste.

Hope you and your skin and body will enjoy and benefit from these drinks. And you always can replace maple syrup to any other sweetener that you prefer!
