Sometimes our body just need to relax from heavy food or night out with alcohol. In this case we have to make fastig days from time to time just to clean the body. Besides of its cleaning properties fasting days are also help to reduce extra water in body and loose about 1 extra kilo.
Once I see that I start to put even a bit in weight I'm doing one of those days! I have tried a lot of options on myself and defined just few which are the best .
As I promised to give you the most effective recipes for fasting days so here we go)))))

Option 1:
500 gr of fat free cottage cheese and 1 L of fat free liquid yogurt per day.
You don't eat anything else but have lots of water and green tea if you want.

Option 2:
Rice with grapefrut.
For this type of fasting day you need to make some preparations:
Put rice in a cold water for 2 days (of course you have to change the water from time to time). Water will take all farina away and you can boil it as usual. You have to eat rice together with cleaned grapefruit. In this case farina free rice works as sponge and absorb and remove extra water from the body while grapefruit is burning extra fat. During this day you should also have lots of water, grapefruit fresh juice and green tea if you want.

Option 3:
500 gr of boiled turkey breast and 1 kilo of row vegetables.
Here the same: lots of water and green tea.

For being healthy and always in a good shape despite on anything you have to do fasting day one time per week. However, I recomend to make it only when you feel like to make it. Than it is gonna be more effective)
