I am firmly committed to things I mentioned in contest. No smoking! No sugar! Enough amount of water ! No Conservative food.
Today I started using social media very little. Because of my work, I update some posts and that's it.
I tried to eat more healthy. prefer vegetable. this is what I had for lunch:
smashed bean soup, carrot salad, cucumber, tomato and greens salad plus compot-stewed fruit.
I also ran 4.8km today. It is preparation for marathon )
Also I did 3 sets of 25 situps!
I WILL DO IT ! )
