Marie Antoinette's servants in court were supposed to have max 37cm (14.5 inches) waist in order to be in court. OK, women were a lot smaller in every way, but still.

I went to the BODIES Exhibition and Museum in South Street, New York. In the museum you can see displays that give you intimate views of over 200 actual human bodies and specimens. It makes you appreciate how amazing, complex, mysterious and fragile the human body is. In the museum, you can have a photo taken of yourself that shows a skeleton of your body.
