I was writing and before posting, all my write up disappeared. I should shorten the write up now.
Tips for changing habits.
1. Start from simplest possible action
2. Make a plan and stick to it
3. Reduce the number of frequency (if you tackling with repetitive habit like smoking, procrastination, laziness, lust greed etc)

I find it not an easy task as I thought. It will be easier if I am not pressured or under a certain condition, I can be aware and direct myself but how about acting unconsciously. Do not compare yourself with others

Today I had some inspiring discussion at Boston university about psychological, mental and neural changes that happen in our brain when we make true changes. It is natural to feel resistance within ourselves during the initial stages of our efforts because our brains are not wired for the new habit. Baseline measures

Yesterday, I uploaded the tools that I am going to use during the 21 days marathon. Today I am entering the the baseline data to measure my progresses.
Baseline measures:
1. Take a break once a week: I normally do not take break and tend to work continuesly so the baseline number is 0
2. Meals should be taken 3-4 hours before sleep: I used to take meals 1 -2 hours before sleep
3. Not to eat while watching tv or working on PC: Baseline data is "often eat while working or more than 70 percent"
