Meals in a day

As I wrote today for breakfast I took a coffee with 2 biscuits and after the exercises. Later, after the exercises I drunk 2 litres of water and did some yoga. And for breakfast it was a greek yogurt (as by Harvard university it's one of the great things to lose weight), salad with tomatoes and avocado and eggs and miso soup ( my favourite soup for lose weight as its light and vegetal).

Karate

At the age Of 14 I started karate and I did around 1 year and participated in competitions and got just a yellow belt. After I did some gym and kick boxing as a physical activity. My first try till long time

Till very long time I didn't do any contrast shower and this evening I decided to try it. My parents in my early childhood believed that method will make me more healthy as I was but finally it wasn't so great. So I still have bad memories as after each of this baths I was ill. Work hard

Sometimes its really hard to go up when you have heavy heels of 12cm but I find here any balance, it helps me to keep me fit and to train every day. I am living on the 3th floor ( the 2th floor by french) and I do these ups and downs every day, 2 or 3 times a day. Also when I go for alimentary shopping I do also the up with not so heavy bag. Ah eating

I decided to start and its my first post.
My target is to be in a good shape like Lara Croft or better to summer, maybe to lose weight but mainly to keep me fit and healthy.
so I ate today 4 times, not bad as it was salad à la Mexicana ( with rice, warm goat cheese and vegetables) and vegetarian pizza, later was only coffee and some corn cheeps and many fruits like oranges bananes grapes.
