I decided to start and its my first post.
My target is to be in a good shape like Lara Croft or better to summer, maybe to lose weight but mainly to keep me fit and healthy.
so I ate today 4 times, not bad as it was salad à la Mexicana ( with rice, warm goat cheese and vegetables) and vegetarian pizza, later was only coffee and some corn cheeps and many fruits like oranges bananes grapes. And some cheese as well also. So my new programme of perfect version of me started and I hope I will keep it…
