It is little sad that this marathon will end, I just find perfect road for good mountain run. 3-4 km, 400 m up and down, hard, but not danger.... I try to add some video little later about this. The view is perfect, almost all the time in the seaside (I add a picture, it is behind of the cactus flowers)...

I try to understand how big are real results during this marathon. I am keeping all the time on the line of the basic rules, I eat then when I want and try to eat only that food what I respect. In the final stage of marathon you need extra perfect quality of food. If somebody will really run marathon, then I recommend a smothie from avocado, banana, moringa and almonds. Banana must be little overripe, avocado just well ripe, from moringa use flowers. It is one of the supercoctail. You can add something more, goija seeds or bilberries, but I recommend this basic, it is very concentrated narural mix what body can accept almost fully.. And now you can run ahead...

One small sample of the wild running.. Run on the rocks. Usually you can do it not more than 15-20 min. If you lose the concentration then you fall and it hurts. Best side of that kind of run is that you never can think about something, only run without mistakes..
