утро началось в 7, в 7:30 был на рыбалке, в 11 дома, завтрак и с сынишкой 2 часика на детской площадке. Удожив сынишку, поработал пару часиков, потом снова сын, магазин, аттракционы иииииии конечно я держу свое слово в марафоне, не смог с утра, смог вечером, когда сын спит.
ИТОГО - никогда нет оговорок не могу, если хочешь, всегда найдешь 10 мин на спорт в день…
